Brief + Agree. We will send our Agreement to you, then we book a Job Brief Call together. This is where we get to know your business, your team and exactly who you’re after.
We do the heavy lifting. We handle the advertising, screening, structured interviews and background checks. Your details are only shared with candidates at the final stage; and only with your permission.
Welcome your new hire. If it doesn’t work out, every permanent placement comes with a 3-month replacement guarantee for peace of mind.
