About the role
Our client is looking for a Contracts Manager to join their team and maintain their reputation for exceptional service and high standards. Working closely with the Operations Manager and wider team, you’ll leverage your problem-solving skills and leadership to ensure their expanding client base continues to receive the exceptional service they expect.

Duties
Client liaison and relationship management
Prepare and deliver client service reports
Ensure contractual obligations and KPIs are met per contract requirements
Conduct audits, including OH&S and environmental compliance
Maintain strong client-supplier relationships
Communicate clearly and professionally with frontline staff and the wider team
Organise and coordinate tasks to meet business objectives
Prepare quotes for periodic jobs
Ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping
Effectively manage competing priorities and deadlines
Occasional travel to client sites on the mid-coast
About You
5+ years' experience in a similar role
Proven contract and/or account management experience
Strong team leadership and management skills
Experience in contract negotiations
Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards
Excellent problem-solving skills with a solutions-focused approach
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Proficiency in Salesforce and iAuditor (highly desirable)
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Current driver's licence and Working with Children Check
Own vehicle required
