About the role

Our client is looking for a Contracts Manager to join their team and maintain their reputation for exceptional service and high standards. Working closely with the Operations Manager and wider team, you’ll leverage your problem-solving skills and leadership to ensure their expanding client base continues to receive the exceptional service they expect.

Duties

  • Client liaison and relationship management

  • Prepare and deliver client service reports

  • Ensure contractual obligations and KPIs are met per contract requirements

  • Conduct audits, including OH&S and environmental compliance

  • Maintain strong client-supplier relationships

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with frontline staff and the wider team

  • Organise and coordinate tasks to meet business objectives

  • Prepare quotes for periodic jobs

  • Ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping

  • Effectively manage competing priorities and deadlines

  • Occasional travel to client sites on the mid-coast

About You

  • 5+ years' experience in a similar role

  • Proven contract and/or account management experience

  • Strong team leadership and management skills

  • Experience in contract negotiations

  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a solutions-focused approach

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities

  • Proficiency in Salesforce and iAuditor (highly desirable)

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills

  • Current driver's licence and Working with Children Check

  • Own vehicle required
